                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY
                   CLOSURE OF A PORTION OF HIGH STREET MORE
                   PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN ON SUNDAY,
                   JUNE 14, 1992 FOR THE "STONE LION TAVERN
                   ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION" SPONSORED BY THE
                   STONE LION TAVERN UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is authorized the
       temporary closing of High Street between East 4th Street and East 

       5th Street from 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. on Sunday, June 14, 1992 

       for the presentation of the "Stone Lion Tavern Anniversary
       Celebration" sponsored by the Stone Lion Tavern provided that the 

       sponsors shall set out and pick up traffic cones, barricades, 
road
       closed and detour signs in accordance with the traffic control
       plan attached hereto and shall provide, at all times, an access
       lane for emergency and residential vehicles.  The Hamilton County 

       Sheriff's Department will provide traffic control.
